Per Diem Clinicians needed to join our team of professionals in the Child Guidance Clinic servicing the greater Danbury area. Children come to Family and Children?s Aid, Inc. (FCA) for a variety of life difficulties including the following: depression, anxiety, behavior problems, developmental and learning disorders, abuse and neglect and the psychological consequences of family conflict, physical, emotional and sexual abuse and neglect. The Child Guidance Clinic (CGC) provides outpatient mental health services to children, parents and family members connected to these children. FCA is committed to providing our clients with accessible, affordable and high quality mental health services. Our services are designed to provide treatment to a diverse group of children and their families to improve their ability to function and lead healthy productive lives in the community. Clinicians must be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including APRN?s and Child Psychiatrist?s, to deliver quality services to clients in crisis. Position Requirements:
- CT license/licensable Masters Degree
- Past experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs preferred
